We would recommend that you install a key safe at your holiday home location. We may be able to assist with this, please contact your park team for more details.
Please ensure that your guest has the code for the key box before their arrival on park and they have the unique arrival number from the pre-registration process to ensure they can gain access to the park. This will be checked by your park team against the arrival list; therefore, we ask that you ensure you have pre-registered by your guest’s arrival details using the following a link you will be provided with.
