Play passes are sold directly to the private letting guest from the main reception. You will need to provide your guests with a ‘Play Passes purchase form for Private Letting Guests’. Play Passes enable your guests to book swimming, tables in our entertainment venues and activities when on park. These are subject to availability and so we will only sell them if we know we can meet your guests' expectations with bookings.
Please follow this simple checklist in three easy steps, to help ensure a smooth process for your guests once on park.
1. Complete the pre-registration online form on your dashboard.
2. Provide your guests with Play Pass pricing via this link here
3. Provide your guests with the Play Pass purchase form. You can find this in the news and information section within your account.
Please do not sell Play Passes to your guests or take payment before your guests' arrival. Selling Play Passes in with your holiday sale will cause disappointment for your guests as we may not be able to fulfil their expectations when they arrive on park.
Please make sure your guests are aware of current government guidelines as they vary between regions.
