Swim sessions can be booked up to 35 days (5 weeks) in advance on owners.haven.com, with new sessions released each Monday.
You’ll be able to pre-book 14 sessions per week (Monday to Sunday). Each person swimming will use one session. For example, a family of four can swim three times in one week, which will use 12 of the sessions.
You'll continue to have a 1-hour owners only swim that you will no longer need to book a session for*. We know how important it is for our owners visiting park to be able to chill out and take some time to relax in our pools, and after listening to feedback, we have made this free-flow* now, making it even easier for you to get some pool time in!
This will mean it no longer shows online when you go to book a slot on your Owners' Hub but, don't worry, the session is still going ahead for you to enjoy. Plus, because you don't need to book, it now won't use any of your 14 slot allocation!
During peak, each Monday from 6pm our fantastic pool team will be undertaking essential training to ensure that everyone is as safe as possible when having fun in our pools.
This will mean the pools will be closed from 6pm on a Monday to allow them to carry out their training to keep owners and guests safe in the water.

In our main pool, on Fridays, Saturdays, bank holidays and during the school holidays, you won’t need to book after 6pm – subject to availability.
Plus, great news, you won’t need to book for any owners' only pools* or standalone outdoor pools*.
