Great news, Nicola Sturgeon's update around 9 August was music to our ears!
We are delighted to confirm from 9 August our indoor capacity will increase and social distancing will no longer be mandatory, meaning we will have many more spaces available for you to enjoy our indoor facilities. Face coverings and Test and Protect are remaining as legal requirements. Please continue to be respectful of others and help keep each other safe.
You will be able to book as many tables in our restaurants and entertainment venues, and swim slots as you like while on park at our Booking Hubs and Activity Booking points, subject to availability. If securing your space in advance is important to you, spaces can still be booked on owners.haven.com.
Face coverings for team, guests and owners remains a legal requirement in indoor settings, unless exempt. Sanitiser stations will still be around and we will continue to regularly clean touch points. Please still continue to look after yourself, be respectful of others and kind to our team.
Swimming
Our swimming pools are one of our most loved facilities across our park and when you arrive on park you'll be free to book as many swim slots for you and your family as you would like, subject to availability.
Simply visit the activity booking point on park when you arrive and the team will be there to help you every step of the way, and with plenty more availability across our pools, securing your slots will be much easier!
However, if being able to pre-plan your activities is important to you, rest assured we'll also continue to offer everyone the opportunity to pre-book some slots in advance. These will be limited to ten swim sessions per holiday home, per week to ensure that all guests have the opportunity to book something before they arrive, whilst still leaving enough availability for those guests who prefer to book whilst on park.
Whilst our changing rooms and showers will be back up and running, we recommend guests arrive ‘pool ready’ in order to make the most of your session. Swim sessions may be staggered to ensure the changing rooms are manageable and not overcrowded.
Restaurants
If you want to dine with us at one of our restaurants on park, there are two ways in which you can book. Simply visit the Booking Station on park and the team will be there to get you booked in, subject to availability. Or you can book a restaurant table on a rolling 14-day basis online at owners.haven.com.
We are only able to accept bookings of up to eight via our online booking system, however availability for these size tables is limited. If when you come to book tables of eight aren't showing online, then it's likely that these have unfortunately been booked up. However, if you are a larger party and are unable to book a table, then we recommend speaking to the park directly and the team will do their best to help.
Entertainment venues
Not only does the removal of social distancing mean plenty more availability across our entertainment venues, it also means we're now able to accommodate standing at the bar again AND dancing! When you arrive on park you'll be able to book as many entertainment slots as you like, subject to availability, and you can do this by visiting the Booking Station on park.
If securing your space in advance is important to you, you still have the option to pre-book evening entertainment sessions in advance on a rolling 14-day basis. Simply visit owners.haven.com.
Please do not book tables in your name for guests who are privately letting as they will need to purchase a Play Pass on arrival. Haven Serve will continue, allowing you to order your drinks and snacks with ease. Or you can queue at the bar for traditional service.

Please note: If you are an owner at Craig Tara we are currently trialling a separate process. The trial is to better understand how we operate our entertainment venues, which we are seeing unprecedented levels of demand for post Covid. As part of the trial we have removed our entertainment venue from the online booking system. Vaccine Passports
In line with the Government guidance in Scotland, owners will not be required to provide vaccine passports when visiting our Scottish parks.
As it stands, they are only mandatory for nightclubs, indoor live events with 500+ people unseated, outdoor live events with 4000+ people unseated and any event with 10,000+ people.
Whilst vaccine passports won’t be needed, we’d like to reassure owners that we continue to follow all Government guidance in place in Scotland, which includes wearing face coverings when inside our venues, until seated at tables in restaurants and entertainment venues or when partaking in close contact activities.
NHS Scotland
NHS Test and Protect will continue to be a mandatory requirement so please continue to scan the venue QR codes on display.
