When you book a drain down with Haven, your holiday home will be reconnected in spring which means turning the water back on, checking everything works, making sure there are no leaks and then leaving the stopcock in the ‘off’ position.
Please note: Frosts can still occur after 1 March so we advise you request your reconnection for when you are sure you will be occupying your holiday home.
