You may see on Haven.com soon that we're updating the accommodation grade names. This has been based on guest feedback and will make it much easier to know exactly what they are booking. The new grade names are Gold, Silver, Bronze, Saver and Signature.
We will regrade all letting holiday homes for the 2023 season, and your new grade will be confirmed in Autumn 2022.
FIXED letting owners: For 2022, the accommodation grade name changes will not affect you or the letting income you will receive. The income values on your personalised application form will still be valid for the season ahead.
FLEXI letting owners: Please contact your Letting team to find out which new grade will be allocated your holiday home for the 2022 season.
