The water and sewerage charges are based on an historic metering exercise for caravans. This provides us with an average consumption for a caravan and we use this consumption to calculate the charge to our owners based on the local water authority's published domestic tariff. Having said that, please be assured that we do not simply split the charge for the site across the owners' caravans; the charge is for owners' caravans only and does not include any element relating to central facilities such as swimming pools, clubs, restaurants , etc, and it is not for hire fleet caravans used by holidaymakers.
