Like many other businesses across the UK, we are experiencing inflation at record levels. Significant increases in the cost of gas and electricity (supplying our central facilities as well as holiday homes), and general cost inflation, mean that the cost of running our parks has been increasing considerably. We have been working hard to offset the impact of inflation as much as possible however, even with these measures, the costs associated with running the parks is much higher than has been experienced in many years. Of course, whilst we’ve looked at ways to reduce our running costs as much as possible, we remain 100% committed to maintaining the quality of the park and the levels of service you have come to expect from us.
After working through this detail, your site fees for 2023 have increased by 11.8%. This has been included in the site fee amount shown on your Statement of Account. We recognise that this represents a larger fee increase than you may have experienced in previous years and further detail on the payment options available can be found later in this letter (if you have a balance to pay).
If you need further explanation on how the amount has been calculated your park team can help with that.
