Yes, you can! You can include the total balance due on your account within your Direct Debit, so if spreading the cost fits your budget better, you can set up a Direct Debit with us and pay your balance over six months, from 28 December 2022 to 28 May 2023. This option is available if the balance to pay on your account is over £100. To find your Direct Debit form, please view your documents here.
To set up a Direct Debit:
- Print out the Direct Debit form from your statements page
- Complete the details on the form
- Scan or take a photo of the form
- Visit: owners.haven.com
- Find ‘Submit a document’ on the left-hand navigation
- Follow the steps on the website to upload the document
Your form must be returned by Monday 5 December to ensure it is set up in time.
