1. Agreement to Terms

By booking tickets for or attending the event you are agreeing to all points set out below and you are confirming that you have fully read and understood these the terms and conditions issued by the Promoter of the event. 

You take full responsibility for ensuring that all guests on your booking are aware of and comply with these terms, and you confirm you understand and will adhere to any restrictions or requirements for this event. 

When participating in this event on park, you agree that you, and any participants in your booking party will follow all instructions given by any member of the Haven team and follow all relevant safety guidance and signage provided whilst on park.

2. Eligibility

This event is not available to guests who book a Hideaway holiday package or any owners that have not opted into the Festive period, by signing a site license amendment letter. 

3. Booking and Payment

You can book tickets before the start of your holiday using the My Haven Experience mobile app or website. Payment will be taken immediately upon booking. Tickets may also be booked on arrival at park in the same way but are subject to availability as capacity is limited and bookings will be closed once the full ticket allocation has been reached. Guests will not be admitted to the event without a valid pre-purchased ticket. Tickets cannot be purchased over the phone or though Haven Team members on park.

Owner tickets are available to owners and friends & family passholders only. Valid passes must be shown as part of entry to the event. Owners can book a maximum of 6 tickets per primary owner card holder, not per vans owned, and does not apply as a separate allocation to partners.

4. Ticket Pricing and Age Requirements

Children under 5 years of age are admitted free of charge but must be registered at the point of booking due to venue capacity and safety requirements. All other guests aged 5 years and above accompanying party members must purchase a ticket. 

5. Ticket Conditions

Admission is strictly restricted to ticket holders. Tickets are digital, unique to the purchaser and cannot be resold or transferred. Ticket holders may be asked to show proof of their ticket purchases upon entry and at any time during the event. 

Coloured wristbands will be distributed to ticket holders upon entry. Guests may leave the venue and re-enter the event provided they are wearing a valid wrist band. Guests who are unable to show their wristband when requested will be refused re-entry or asked to leave. Wristbands are non-transferable to other venues and events taking place at the same time.

Ticket holders are entitled to one entry to bingo and one drink upon arrival from a pre-prepared selection of wine, beer, prosecco and soft drinks. These drinks cannot be claimed at the bar.

6. Health and Safety

The event environment includes amplified loud music, high-volume entertainment, and enhanced lighting and visuals. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge this environment and accept responsibility for your own and your party's audio and visual comfort. 

The possibility of injury to participants exists and participants are responsible for their own and their child's safety at all times. If a ticket holder is pregnant, then they are choosing to participate in this event at their own risk. The Promoter accepts no liability for injury to participants associated with the event environment. 

When participating in this event, you agree that you and all participants in your party will follow all instructions given by any member of the Haven team and all relevant safety guidance and signage whilst on park. 

In the event of an emergency, all guests must follow instructions from the Haven trained team members is paramount and must be adhered to.

7. Prohibited Items

Guests are prohibited from bringing outside food, alcohol, glassware, fireworks, sparklers, or weapons of any kind into the venue. Security searches may be conducted at the door. 

8. Conduct and Behaviour

Haven reserves the absolute right to refuse entry or remove any person whose conduct is deemed disorderly, unsafe, or disruptive in accordance with Haven's zero-tolerance for antisocial behaviour. Intoxication, aggressive behaviour, or illegal drug use may result in immediate removal by security without a refund at Haven's discretion. 

9. Liability and Loss

Insofar as is permitted by law, Haven and its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate participants or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of attending the event except where it is caused by the negligence of Haven, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. 

10. Photography and Filming

By attending, guests consent to being photographed or filmed for the purposes of security and event management. Any such media may also be used by Haven Holidays for future promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in promotional materials, please notify a member of the Haven team upon arrival.

11. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your NYE Ultimate party ticket booking via the My Haven Experience platform (haven.com/experience) no later than less than 24 hours before the event party takes place. 

Cancellations made up to this time will receive a full refund of the relevant ticket cost which will be processed via the same method as the original purchase. Please allow up to 35 days for the refund it to appear back in your account. 

If you cancel your ticket(s) with less than 24 hours before the event takes place or if you fail to attend, you will forfeit all monies paid and will not receive a refund. 

If the event is fully cancelled by Haven due to circumstances beyond Haven's reasonable control, a full refund of the face value of the ticket will be issued. Haven is not liable for any travel, accommodation, or incidental costs incurred by ticket holders.

12. Bingo

Tickets to the bingo game taking place during this event are free with each NYE Ultimate Party ticket purchase. No stake or ticket money will be taken on the day.

Families with children under 18 years old are allowed to attend but only those persons aged 18 years and over may actively play the game and complete the bingo card. All winners must be aged 18 or over to claim a prize. 

13. General

The terms and conditions and this event are governed by English law and participants in the event submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. 

14. Promoter
