There might be a time when you decide you no longer want to be an owner at your park. Naturally we never want to say goodbye to any of our owners so if there is anything we can do to help you stay please do talk to your General Manager or Experience team at your park.

There are lots of alternatives we can offer to help you stay including signing up to our Letting Service to help generate some income to help cover the costs of ownership, so please do get in touch to discuss your options.

If you still decide to leave, our park team will be able to assist you with everything you need.

Disconnection charges:

A disconnection charge of £299 will be payable if you choose to leave the park. There will be additional charges for any other costs incurred when removing your holiday home, for example the removal of verandas or if we need to use a crane to move your holiday home. These charges will be based on our normal hourly charge-out rates. The prices are available from reception. Depending on the time of year, we may be required to carry out a drain down, please see the costs to do this above.

Refunds

When your Licence Agreement to site a holiday home at the park is ended either by you or by us, a refund of charges paid in advance is applicable. Speak to your park team for more information.

Selling your caravan

All information regarding selling your caravan will be listed within your site license agreement please refer back to this document. Our park teams are also on hand to help you with this process.
