You can arrange for your own contractor to carry out your drain down, but you still need to complete the online form and tick the ‘No thank you’ box. All contractors must be approved by Haven first so we can check their insurance, competence and compliance with all health and safety statutory requirements. There are safety requirements for the control of contractors which will need to be followed. Please contact your park team for the necessary paperwork.
