How do I book a drain down?

Simply book online by clicking here owners.haven.com/drain-down 

Look out for your confirmation job sheet confirming your drain down date. This will arrive within 10 days. If you do not receive your job sheet, please speak to your park team.

Due to the large volume of drain down bookings it is best to book yours in quickly to avoid disappointment.

We will need to have access to your holiday home. If you have unusual keys please speak to your park team.

Please note: If you are an owner at Church Farm you will not be able to book online. Instead you will receive a booking form in the post and will need to send it back using the prepaid envelope.
