Do I have to let my holiday home for a minimum number of weeks?

With our Fixed and Flexi letting options, you can let for just one break right up to the entire season, it’s totally up to you.

You can let between March and November. And the breaks are either 3 nights (Fri-Mon) or 4 nights (Mon-Fri).

Please note: If you’re signed up to Let2offset, you’ll need to let your holiday home for a minimum of 15 weeks with a set amount on peak and off-peak dates.
