How do I book activities, restaurant tables and swimming sessions with a Friends and Family Card?

When an owner requests a Friends & Family Card, the cardholder will receive an email confirming they now have a card.


Within this email, they will receive their card number. This unique card number will allow the Friends & Family Card holder to book activities, restaurant and swimming sessions on haven.com/experience


Please note, the booking window for activities, restaurants and swimming varies. Swim sessions can be booked up to 35 days (5 weeks) in advance, whereas activities and restaurant bookings can be booked up to 13 weeks in advance.
