On top of your two Haven Owner Cards, each account will get 10 Owner Friends and Family Cards. These cards are for adults and children aged 12yrs+.
Friend and Family cardholders can:
- Book online for swimming, activities & restaurant tables for yourself and up to 5 more people (6 in total) Online booking is available if aged 18 and over
Escort up to 5 people (6 people in total including yourself) into the park's venues
Access all the park facilities including any owners' only areas
- Save 15% on purchases
- Half-price activities
- Half-price launderette tokens
- Can attend owner events when accompanied by a Haven Owner Cardholder (cannot book online with Friends and Family Card)
Children under the age of 12 do not count towards this allocation of Friends & Family cards, however, they can still be provided with a physical card if you wish.
Young child cards
Children aged 11 years and under can get a young child card. This card will allow the holder to access all the park facilities including any owners’-only areas
Please note, this card will not allow the holder any discount on purchases or activities. There is no limit on how many young child’s cards you have per account.
