Do i get a discount on activities with my Friends and Family card at other parks?

In the first instance, please get in touch with the owner you are friends with or related to, they can share the full terms and conditions of the Friends and Family Cards.

You can only pre-book activities with the 50% discount at the park where the owner owns a holiday home. You will not be able to pre-book activities at other Haven parks. If you are visiting another Haven park and wish to use all of the facilities, please book a full Haven holiday (do not book a Hideaway).

To be given a Friend and Family card you must not be a private letting guest or have booked a holiday home privately through a letting agent. And you must not purchase the card from the owner. The Terms and conditions of the Haven Owners cards state:

We will not hesitate to cancel all Haven Owner Cards and Owner Friends and Family Cards on

any owner’s account if we believe that the use of any Haven Owner Cards or Owner Friends and Family Cards on their account breaches any of these terms and conditions. This includes: 

• Use of Haven Owner Cards or Owner Friends and Family Cards by anyone other than the authorised Cardholder
• The sale of any Haven Owner Cards or Owner Friends and Family Cards
• Using Haven Owner Cards or Owner Friends and Family Cards for profiteering activities
• Giving Haven Owner Cards or Owner Friends and Family Cards to a private letting holiday guest
• Using Haven Owner Cards or Owner Friends and Family Cards for fraudulent or unlawful purposes
