At the beginning of the 2023 season, those owners who did not Drain Down their holiday home with Haven found significant frost damage when they returned to their holiday home.
This left them without a holiday home to use for 6-8 weeks, as repairs to their boilers or pipes were being made. In some cases, owners were without their holiday home for up to 12 weeks, particularly when their repair claim was made through their insurance.
With this in mind, we strongly recommend you to Drain Down your holiday home with us this winter.
