My letting bonus has been re-charged to my account, why is that?

You may see on your statement of account that the letting bonus you were credited for 2023 has been reversed and now shows as a charge on your account. 


When we credited you the letting bonus for the 2023 season, you had signed up to let for 12 breaks including 6 peak dates, as we have now finished the letting season, our records show that you no longer met the criteria, therefore the 2023 letting bonus has been charged back to your account. 


If you believe this is incorrect, please call your park team and we will look in to that for you.
