You may see on your statement of account that the letting bonus you were credited for has been reversed and now shows as a charge on your account.
When we credited you the letting bonus for the season, you had signed up to let for 12 breaks including 6 peak dates within the season. At the end of the season, our records show that you didn’t meet the criteria and therefore the letting bonus has been charged back to your account.
If you believe this is incorrect, please call your park team and they'll look in to that for you.
