You will need to register their arrival at owners.haven.com, providing all of the required details. This will send them a confirmation email.


Once your guest has their confirmation email, they can download the My Haven app and start planning their experiences.


To use the app, they will need to create an account, after which, they can log into the app with the email and password used to create the account. 


On the app they will be able to:

1) View their holiday details

2) Buy a Play Pass for swimming, entertainment and activities

3) Book swimming and activity sessions*

4) Check out the entertainment listings

5) View venue opening times

6) Explore the park map


Please note: Play Passes can be purchased from 12 weeks before arrival and once purchased, guests can then book activities. Swimming can be booked from four weeks before arrival. Play Passes can be purchased on the app if your guest's break follows our break patterns: Monday to Friday, Friday to Monday, Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday. If their break doesn’t follow this pattern, they can buy Play Passes on the park when they arrive, subject to availability.


We’ve created a My Haven app guide you can give to your guests. It will show them how to use the app and guide them to useful information contained on it – hopefully reducing the amount of questions you receive about the park.
