We're committed to operating our parks as efficiently as possible to offset the continued impact of rising costs, whilst also continually looking to improve the quality of your park experience and environment.

Following our review, we can now inform you that your site fee increase for 2025 is 4.5%.

Your 2025 site fee amount will be applied to your account in mid-November and, where applicable, will include credit for the 'Reduction for purchasing a Bourne Leisure holiday home'.

If you're facing financial difficulties and are unable to pay your annual charges, your park team are here to help. They can talk you through opportunities to spread your costs, such as paying your site fees via Direct Debit or lowering the cost of ownership by letting with Haven.

If you are on a Let2Offset agreement with Haven, it is now time to renew your Let2Offset agreement for 2025 so you can continue to cover the cost of ownership by letting your holiday home with Haven and paying a monthly Direct Debit for your site fees. To renew for 2025, all you need to do is head online to owners.haven.com and add the required number of dates, you’ll then be shown your monthly Direct Debit amount. Remember, the more letting breaks you add, the less your monthly Direct Debit will be. Thank you if you have already renewed your Let2Offset agreement for 2025.

You must sign up before Thursday 29 November to continue to cover the cost of ownership through Let2Offset. If you do not sign up by 29 November 2024, you will not be able to re-enrol to Let2Offset and you will be required to pay the 2025 site fees in full by 28 February 2025.
