We appreciate the need to keep increases to site fees as low as possible, while making sure the park is kept up to date, clean and well cared for. You may be aware that Employer National Insurance contributions have been increased by the Government, and there have been changes to the minimum wage, which means it now costs us significantly more to employ the people who work on your park. We are also seeing further rises in energy and other costs. We’re committed to offsetting these costs wherever possible, but like many businesses, we are still having to pass on some of the increases.
As a result, site fees for 2026 are being increased by 5.2%.
Your 2026 site fee amount will be applied to your account in mid-November and, where applicable, will include credit for the 'Reduction for purchasing a Bourne Leisure holiday home'.
If you're facing financial difficulties and are unable to pay your annual charges, your park team are here to help. They can talk you through opportunities to spread your costs, such as paying your site fees via Direct Debit or lowering the cost of ownership by letting with Haven.
If you are on a Let2Offset agreement with Haven, it is now time to renew your Let2Offset agreement for 2026 so you can continue to cover the cost of ownership by letting your holiday home with Haven and paying a monthly Direct Debit for your site fees.
To renew for 2026, all you need to do is head online to owners.haven.com and add the required number of dates, you’ll then be shown your monthly Direct Debit amount. Remember, the more letting breaks you add, the less your monthly Direct Debit will be.
You must sign up before 28 November 2025 to continue to cover the cost of ownership through Let2Offset. If you do not sign up by 28 November 2025, you will not be able to re-enrol to Let2Offset and you will be required to pay the 2026 site fees in full by 28 February 2026.
