Can I set up a Direct Debit? If so, how do I do it?

Yes, you can!  


You can include the total balance due on your account within your Direct Debit, so if spreading the cost fits your budget better, you can set up a Direct Debit with us and pay your balance over six months, from 28 December 2024 to 28 May 2025. This option is available if the balance to pay on your account is over £100. And even better, you can now set this up ONLINE. This is quick and easier for you to do. Just make sure you have completed this by 4 December 2024, to ensure your Direct Debit payments begin in December.

 If you are unable to set up your Direct Debit online, you can use the paper form that was sent to you. Simply complete the Direct Debit form, take a photo or scan it, then email the completed form to: [email protected]  and we’ll set up the Direct Debit with your bank. Please return this to us before 4 December 2023. (Only available if the balance to pay on your account is over £100) 


If you have a Let2offset agreement with Haven, you may have already set-up a Direct Debit as part of your Let2own agreement. You have the option to set up a second Direct Debit online. You can spread the cost of your utilities, ‘non-domestic rates’ and ‘water and sewerage’ charges over 6 months, from 28 December 2024 to 28 May 2024. For your Direct Debit to begin in December, please complete the online form by 4 December 2024.
