Why is the 'non-domestic rates' amount on my park different to other parks?

The ‘non-domestic rates’ charge is based on the rateable value for each Haven Park issued by the Valuation Office Agency. This is a Government body that sets property values for the purposes of non-domestic rates. The Valuation Office Agency periodically undertake revaluations of all properties. There was a revaluation in 2023 and so for 2024, we have used this new valuation to calculate the ‘non-domestic rates’ for all owners.
