Owners can do the following on the My Haven app: 

  • Book activities and owner events  
  • Register arrivals for themselves, family and friends and private lets** 
  • Access the Owners’ Hub 
  • Easy access to finances 
  • View opening times for all venues on park* 
  • Access special offers and promotions* 
  • View the interactive park map* 
  • Food ordering – delivery, collection, or table service 
  • Digital entertainment schedule 


*Only accessible when you register an arrival 

 **Private letting is only allowed at selected parks
