Are there any restrictions to what I can do on my pitch?

If you would like to make any amendments to your pitch please fill out a pitch amendment form and return it to your Experience team. 

Please note: the following from the park rules: No fences, steps, walls, sheds or similar structures may be created on the park.

Verandas constructed in accordance with standing designs are allowable on designated areas of the park with the permission of the General Manager. Verandas and disabled ramps may only be constructed by a designated contractor approved by Bourne Leisure Group Ltd. and they will not proceed with the work before receiving the signed authorisation on this sheet.

Patios and stone slabs may only be laid with the written permission of the General Manager, and by laying these slabs they are deemed to have passed into the ownership of the park, and may not be removed unless the ground is restored to its original condition. 

Storage boxes are permitted provided they comply with any local licensing stipulations and the full Haven ‘storage box policy’ which is available from your Experience team. Full details are available on request but storage boxes should be non-combustible (i.e. made out of galvanised steel), be under a certain specified size and meet minimum spacing requirements. Storage boxes should not be sited without prior permission from the park management team and they cannot have power or water running to them.
